Moving to River Chase has been a blessing. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable townhouse or apartment in a nice neighborhood. Every amenity you need or want is nearby, many within walking distance (stores, restaurants, park, rec center, etc). Highway is in close range. Great place for families or singles. Also the complex is very quiet at all times of the day or night and drama-free from my experience. Maintenance is very responsive.

I have lived here at Riverchase for 9 years and must say I have been very happy during my stay. Anytime I put in a work order the maintenance comes within the same week to fix the problem. The office staff is always friendly when I stop by or call. I’ve never had any major issues staying here. I feel safe and secure. Thank you Riverchase

I really like the floor plan that I'm in. They always keep the community looking presentable and respond to my work orders quickly. The staff in the office are always nice and welcoming to my daughter and I. Plus the community is near everything I need.
