Hi! I have lived here for 12 years and enjoyed everything here This is the best place to call your Home! It's so warm and feel with lots of love. The ladies in the office are very friendly and Professional they have a way of making feel Welcome! And they really care about you! And very concern about you! They want you to be happy! Anytime there is a problem they listen to you, always take the time make sure your problems are taken care of! The Property is always kept clean! Well kept up!

Moving to River Chase has been a blessing. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable townhouse or apartment in a nice neighborhood. Every amenity you need or want is nearby, many within walking distance (stores, restaurants, park, rec center, etc). Highway is in close range. Great place for families or singles. Also the complex is very quiet at all times of the day or night and drama-free from my experience. Maintenance is very responsive.
